Denise Lones’ three-plus decades of experience in the real estate and new home sales industry is an asset sought-after by those who want results. Training sales managers to build winning teams is an area of focus and she is an expert at teaching the art of closing and follow-up.

Denise’s background in residential real estate sales and management includes an impressive list of awards. Using custom marketing campaigns and business development systems she personally developed, she was consistently among the highest producing REALTORS® in a marketplace of 3,000+ agents. She then went on to brokerage management and led her office to the number one position locally, even beating production at larger offices in Bellevue.

Denise holds the esteemed M.I.R.M. designation from the National Association of Home Builders- the top national achievement for new home marketing. She also holds the CMP AND Master CSP designations from the NAHB, and is a certified CSP and IRM instructor. She has also served as a judge for NAHB. Denise is also the author of numerous white papers, an e-book on focus groups, and in 2011 was nominated by Inman News as one of the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders.

Shauna Naf is not your typical real estate broker. Prior to getting licensed to sell real estate, she spent over two decades working for The Lones Group in the capacity of helping other real estate professionals build their businesses by providing strategy and assistance. She has helped hundreds of real estate agents with everything from marketing, content, research, and business-building ideas. Also in her role, she developed real estate education, deep-dove analytics and stats, taught via educational webinars, wrote articles and ebooks, developed calculators and other analytical tools for the real estate industry.

Why should you care? How does this benefit you? One word – resources. She has looked at a lot of real estate, analyzed situations, and performed the analytics. Her brain just works differently as a result of this experience and knowledge.

Our state has made big strides to ramp up housing in the coming years, and her passion is educating homeowners on the benefits of attached and detached accessory dwelling units (ADU or DADU) as a means of helping solve that problem.
